- • Provide 2 identical printed photos; recent (≤ 6 months)
- • Typical size: 32 × 26 mm (some consulates accept 30–40 mm width with proportional height)
- • Show head and upper shoulders; face centred and forward
- • Background: plain white, smooth and uniform
- • Professional print quality (glossy or matte), high resolution
- • Neutral expression; looking straight; eyes open
- • No dark/tinted glasses or items covering the oval of the face
- • Hair off the face; eyebrows visible; no shadows
- • Head coverings generally not allowed (religious exceptions)
- • Children: no supporting hands/toys visible; same rules apply
