- • Size: at least 35 mm × 45 mm
- • Head height: 31–36 mm; face centred, include shoulders
- • Plain white or light-coloured background
- • Clear, well defined; no alterations
- • Non‑tinted prescription glasses allowed; eyes clearly visible
- • Head covering allowed for religious reasons; facial features visible
- • Printed on quality photographic paper
- • Neutral expression; mouth closed; looking straight
- • If not compliant, new photos required
